“That’s the reason we started the Pantry,” Barbara Kohlhausen Chief Executive Officer of MOW said. “We want to help Rockland county seniors keep their beloved pets healthy.”  She went on to add,  “Most of our clients are on a fixed income.
We have heard some reports of seniors sharing their food with their pets, out
of necessity.  She stated simply, “We want to help seniors in any way we can.”
In addition to delivering healthy meals to homebound clients, MOW will,
whenever possible, also deliver food for their pets.

The Mutts n' Meows Pet Food Pantry was established by generous donations from The Catherine C. Reiley Charitable Foundation, Valley Cottage Animal Hospital, Oradell Animal Hospital, Pet Nutrition, and Hills Pet Food, and will, based upon
availability,  supply either dog or cat food to Rockland County seniors who want to keep their best friendhealthy.  “Now you will be well feed.” Linda Joy told Coco Chanel.
