Nanuet Girl Scout Gold Project Seeks Tiler (VIDEO)

Christina Maher of Nanuet Girl Scout Troop 40504 is redoing the entryway of the Family Resource Center gym for her gold award. She’s seeking a someone to donate their time and labor to do the tiling work. The material has already been acquired.

They’ve painted the walls, the bathrooms and their stars, stained and varnished the doors.

"We now have to work on completing the ceiling tiles and lighting. We have a new exit sign we’re going to install. The big problem is the flooring many of the tiles have been damaged," said Maher, she added that there will also be a new bulletin board added to manage scheduling conflicts. 

There are plenty of many other rooms in need of renovactions and a facelift at the gym so any boy or girl scouts interested should contact the Nanuet Family Resource Center.
