Cost: Admission is free with a food donation for People to People
Description: This is the 6th Annual Charity Bootcamp for People to People.
Bring a food donation and in return you will get a free two-hour class with Body Strengthening, Agility, Cardiovascular Work, Relay Races, and Animal Movements. Please bring your family and friends to sweat and have fun. For more information email: trainingwithramon@gmail.com

When: Saturdays at 1 p.m. from November 30 through December 21
Cost: Free
Description: Stay committed to fitness this holiday season! 24 Hour Fitness invites the local community to join its holiday run-walks every Saturday from Nov. 30 to Dec. 21 in celebration of its upcoming grand opening.
The run-walks are free and open to all. Just wear comfortable clothing and shoes
and meet the 24 Hour Fitness team at the 24 Hour Fitness Super-Sport club front entrance at The Shops at Nanuet.
Where: Congregation Sons of Israel, 300 N. Broadway, Upper Nyack
When: Sunday, Dec. 1 at 4 p.m.
Cost: $8 per adult, $5 per child 6 and older and children under 5 are free
